Property Description
Manor House Farm Cottage is the cosier cottage section of a refurbished Grade II listed farmhouse set in the heart of the picturesque North Yorkshire countryside.
Located between the seaside town of Scarborough and the village of Snainton, in the North York Moors National Park, it is ideally situated for peace and tranquillity, as well as for plenty of activity in nearby towns and villages.
Practically no light pollution means amazing dark skies for all you stargazers too!
Beautifully renovated, this cosy cottage comprises a Living Room, dining Kitchen, two Bedrooms, two Bathrooms, an outdoor patio area and garden.
Layout:
Ground Floor front door brings you directly into a dining Kitchen, which includes a fridge, freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing, cooking, and serving meals for four guests.
A door from the entrance leads to a twin bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, and dressing table. French doors from this bedroom open out to the patio and back garden.
There is a bathroom next to this bedroom comprising a shower, wash hand basin and W.C.
Through an open doorway from the kitchen is a cosy living room with a sofa, armchairs and coffee tables, and a fireplace housing an electric stove.
First Floor (up steep steps from living room) is a double bedroom with king-size bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe, and dressing table. The en-suite bathroom comprises shower, wash hand basin and W.C.
There is a small garden at the side/front of the cottage, through a gate, which is enclosed with a low wall. There is also a long back garden, up a couple of steps from the patio area at the back of the cottage. Plenty of parking space is available on the gravel area at the front.
Heating and electricity included in your rental. We provide all bedding, bed linen and towels, TV, and WiFi (subject to fair usage policy).
Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome at an added fee of £20 per dog.
Please note: Gardens/Outside areas not necessarily dog proof, even if fenced/walled, so dogs must be kept under control at all times, especially near farm animals.
