It is a very quiet and remote location, but in easy reach of Scarborough or Pickering. There is everything you would need in the cottage and the large garden was a bonus in the afternoons with beautiful views across the valley. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped with excellent showers. We had plenty of room with 4 adults, two small children and a dog.
A very beautiful and spacious cottage, we will certainly be going back.

We had a great time at Manor House Farm. The house was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great. The garden was wonderful and a great place to sit on a sunny day. Hope to return soon.

A fabulous house set in an idyllic valley on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors.
Beautifully kitted out inside with very comfortable living sleeping and cooking arrangements, this is the place to go to get away from it all.

Beautiful location if you want to feel away from things in the proper countryside. House warm and smartly done. Fantastic each room had its own bathrooms. Weren’t aware of neighbours at all, v quiet.

Lovely cottage with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beautiful country side, great for walking and a perfect location for visiting Whitby, Robin hood's bay, Pickering etc. Fabulous Farm shop between Pickering and Thornton le dale with a cafe called Cedar barn. Lovely pub at Allersyon called Cayley Arms.

We had a brilliant stay at Manor House Farm. The house is perfectly kitted out with everything you need. The location is ideal if your looking for somewhere a tad more remote and quiet but within easy driving distance to places like; Flamborough Head, Robin Hoods Bay and Filey - couldn’t recommend enough.

Beautiful and peaceful location on the edge of Dalby Forest, and perfectly laid out for families and couples. Manor Farm lacked for nothing and we had a great time.

The property and surrounding are amazing. Such a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Most towns/seaside resorts are 30-40 minute drive away. The property has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which is fantastic. The host is brilliant and the property is very clean. You won’t be disappointed.

Manor farm is in a rural location (so driving is a must) but the surroundings are magnificent!The house was very clean with a high standard of furnishing. The bed was so comfy that we bought one for ourselves! The house has loads of character with a beautiful large garden which the kids really enjoyed. There were lots of lovely touches such as wine and chocolates on arrival and lovely body washes in each bathroom. We had a wonderful week and will definitely be back in the future.

The Manor House is a treasure. Plenty of space for a family-three bathrooms and a lovely large lounge room and three bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Both the dishwasher and washing machine come dryer are easy to use. There is a large grassed yard ideal for children to kick a ball or race around. The Manor House is situated in a quiet valley away from the hustle and bustle of life. Ideal for a family or two families. A wonderful Place to relax and enjoy country life.

We had a fabulous time in Troutsdale. We loved the fact the house was tucked away in what felt like our own personal valley but still had plenty to do nearby.
The house was very comfortable and cosy with lovely underfloor heating!
Highlights of the trip were cycling in the Dalby forest and building the inevitable sandcastle on Filey beach. Communication with Christine was excellent.
