Luxury Holiday Cottages

In Idyllic Locations

All fantastic

All fantastic, very comfortable and homely with everything you would need and more. Location absolutely beautiful, not one negative thing to say at all. Look forward to coming back again. No issues at all, all very high standard.

Breakfast with the sheep and lambs

Beautiful cottage. The Smalls loved having Al Fresco breakfast with the sheep and lambs. Had a great day out @ Thorpe Perrow Arboretum @ Bedale with the birds of prey. Lots of picnic places, cafe, and great play park. Spent a day @ Richmond. Market Day is Saturday. Waterfalls, picnicing & paddling in the River Swale is worth a trip. Barney is always lovely too - great cake @ Penney's.

Heavenly holidays

It's a very beautiful house in a wonderful and peaceful country. It was heavenly holidays. We hope we come back!

M.M. - Manor House Farm - August 2013

Really comfy

The view from the house, the setting, the quality of the furnishings, the feeling of comfort and the beds, most unusual for Scotland, really comfy.

A.G. - The Boathouse - September 2013

Very spacious, very quiet location

Apartment was very spacious, very quiet location, and plenty walks around the estate. It was lovely to get so much in the starter pack left for us this was much appreciated. It was snowing when we were there and I have taken a picture of the house and surrounding land covered in snow which really looks lovely.

A.G. - Red Squirrel Apartment - November 2013

Warm and cosy

The view and overall setting - so lovely to be miles away from life and have an uninterrupted view. The cottage was warm and cosy and the goat, which the children have named Stravinsky (?), kept the children amused and enjoyed coming on our walks. Have booked again for next year as just the perfect holiday setting for our family.

S.H. - Swallow Cottage - November 2013

Character cottage with all mod cons

Lovely position in open countryside. Character cottage with all mod cons, tastefully furnished and spacious. We stayed Christmas week; there was a Christmas tree (real) provided and a lovely open fire in the living room which made it very cosy. We found it very handy to have a back door leading to small lobby, and off that a utility room ideal for drying off the wet and muddy dog.

We'd definitely come back

Excellent service; beautiful, clean cottage with lovely views. We'd definitely come back.

A.G. - Granary Cottage - December 2013

Fantastic place ...

The isolation, the walks, the care of the team on site, distant from large hoards but close enough if needed. It's just a fantastic place for renewing body mind and spirit. Beautiful welcome tray.

S.M. - Otter Lodge - December 2013

Crisp luxury linens

We loved the whole area! Teesdale, and the National Park Yorkshire Dales. WOW! Stunning walks, lovely towns, and superb pubs. The cottage was one of the nicest we've stayed in. Warm and cozy despite the wind that picked up outside, and we particularly appreciated the comfy beds with crisp luxury linens that smelled so fresh and lovely, and also the supply of logs and coal for the lounge fire. Thank you!
