"The most beautiful cottage in a breathtaking location. Absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return. We had a couple of issues which were resolved by Country Cottage Holidays immediately and without question. The only thing we would find off putting is the adjacent cottage. It was unoccupied whilst we were there, but if it had been and they had had a dog, it could have caused problems as there is only a gate separating the two gardens at the front. Other than that, full marks!"

"The house is absolutely lovely, really nicely decorated and furnished and in the most wonderful location you can imagine - fabulous views of the countryside from all the windows and blissfully quiet. It is really well equipped, cosy and comfortable, and I have never had such gorgeously luxurious duvets - ever! There were also some really nice and very welcome touches - such as shower gel and hand wash left in all the bathrooms - not usual for rented cottages. I would definitely and whole heartedly recommend a stay here and we definitely plan to return. Thank you."

"We had a fabulous relaxing weekend. The views were lovely and peaceful. Amazing place to star gaze. The garden was brilliant for our dogs to chase around. We loved the cottage. It was lovely and warm, we had constant hot water. The beds were probably the comfiest that we have stayed in. The toiletries provided were a lovely touch. And surprising for self catering. We appreciated the chocolates and wine too. We walked from the cottage to Dalby and back. Was an 8 mile walk and muddy but we all enjoyed it. We would definitely recommend and we hope to return to the cottage."

"The location was perfect for us as we like somewhere quiet. The enclosed garden was good for our 2 year old granddaughter and we were able to use our barbecue. The beds were comfortable and it was good to have a bathroom for each room as we were a mixed party. The milk and bottle of wine etc was a nice touch and much appreciated."
